|  Since several of our clan and non-clan members playing BF2 and other older games would like to play BC2 and BF3 (when it comes out, LOl!).
I’ve recently priced some new Gamer PC’s for filiftos and others, and I thought, I’d offer a lower cost alternative using some of my used PC’s and their running parts. After pricing many of these retail and custom PC’s, many have topped $1600.00. I've also researched just replaceing these parts new and the total is over $1000.00 just for these parts.
I’ll be offing a PC with similar or better performance for about ½ the price $ 850.00! ($700.00 if all subtractions are taken)
The $700.00 PC, I’ll put together, will run Games, will run faster and have several performance and safety features those retail PC’s won’t have, like RAID 0 or 5! PC will also have all the standard support softwares loaded like Adobe Reader, Game Booster and all gameing ready OS tweaks performed!
Since this will be assembled from the best of my personal and company Socket 775 PC stock, I can only do this for one person right now.
You will have a choice of Cases, CPUs, Mother Boards, Video Cards, Operating Systems and Raid Configurations.
Choice #1 Cases:
Both cases cool very well but the silver case #2 will work better with SLI mother boards and SLI video cards.
Case#1. Smaller Gloss Black Mid Tower with Florescent Blue Side and Front Case lighting.
Features: Front Panel USB & Audio
Fans: 1x 240mm Side fan, 2x 80mm Front fans, 1x 120mm Rear fan, 1x 120mm & 1x 80mm Card Cooling fans. (All these extra fans ensure great cooling!)

Case#2. Larger Silver Mid Tower Gamers Case with Florescent Blue Front Lighting.
Features: Front Panel USB & Audio
Fans: 1x 80mm Side fan, 2x 80mm Front fans, 1x 120mm Rear fan, 1x 120mm & 1x 80mm Card Cooling fans. (All these extra fans ensure great cooling!)
Choice #2 Mother Boards:
MoBo #1: Asus P5N-D nVidia i750-VIA SLI Chip Set with 1333+ FSB, DDR2-800 mem. (dual and quad nVidia SLI support) with 4x SATAII VIA Raid 0,0+1,1,5 and 8 Channel High Def Audio and Gigabit LAN
or
MoBo #2: GigaByte EP45-UD3LR P45-ICH10R CrossFire Chip Set with 1600+ FSB, DDR3-1600 + DDR2-1333 mem. (dual and quad ATI-CrossFire support) with 6x SATAII ICH10R Raid 0,0+1,1,5,10 and 7 Channel High Def Audio and Gigabit LAN
Choice #3 Processors/CPU’s:
CPU#1: Intel Core II Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz O.C.’d to at least 3.2Ghz on Gigabyte 3.1 on Asus.
* Note this is one area this PC will be faster than the retail PC’s dual cores and i3’s.

CPU#2: Intel Core II Dual E6600 2.4Ghz O.C.’d to at least 3.2Ghz on Gigabyte 3.1 on Asus.
* Note use of this CPU is equal to the retail PC’s dual cores and i3’s.
(Subtract $50.00 for this CPU, will still play both BC2 and BF3 very well!)
Choice #4 Video Cards:
New Video Card #1: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked 768MB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (Will support BC2 and BF3 on all High settings and many other games for years to come, direct X 9, 10 and 11 support for Windows 7!)
* Note this is one area this PC will be 2x faster than the retail PC’s.
or
New Video Card #1: EVGA GeForce GTS 250 1GB 256-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (Will support BC2 on all High settings but BF3 may need some scaling back and should support any game available today at all high settings, Direct X 9 and 10 Only)
(Subtract $50.00 for this CPU, will still play both BC2 all high and BF3 very well!)* Note use of this video card is equal or slightly better to the retail PC’s.
Choice #5 Operating Systems:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (included, fastest)
or
Windows XP Pro Corp SP-3 32bit (Subtract $50.00 for this OS, fast)
* Notes: Either OS will be completely tweaked for Gaming Performance!
I will also install a good deal of industry standard software Like Free Anti-Virus, Adobe Reader, Game Booster, Disk Defrag, TeamSpeak, Etc.
Choice #5 Hard Disk Drives (Raid Storage): 4x 300gig SATA II Drives configured as:
Configuration #1 RAID 0: 1.2 terabytes usable starage, fastest @ 3.5x single drive performance.
* Note: this is one area this PC will be faster than the retail PC’s.or
Configuration #2 RAID 5: .9 terabytes usable starage, faster 2.5x single drive performance and much safer with fault tolerance!
* Note this is one area this PC will be “Faster and Safer” than the retail PC’s and I recommended it.

System Memory (RAM): 4 Gigabytes 2x2gig OCZ Gamers/Overclockers Seriers PC3-10666 1333+ Dual channel Low Latency Gamers Memory fast CL Timings. (Very Fast)
Power Supply: LSP Ultra 750 Watt SLI, CrossFire Ready with braided cables. (Larger than baseline retail gamer PC’s!)
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS7000C-Cu 120mm All Copper OverClockers Head Sink and Fan! (Very close to water cooling! Allows for stable overclocking)
DVD Drive: 20x DVD +/- DL+ Burner with Light Scribe. (NERO Burning Rom Software included)
Flash Drive: 40 in 1 Black 3.5 inch Flash and USB Drive Adapter with activity and power lights.
